Teacher Wallet

Terms of Use

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Teacher Wallet app and website. By using them you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms control to the extent Apple allows.

Important

1. Accuracy of information

We check each offer and program against its official page and show the date we checked it and a link to the source. Offers and programs change, end or run out of funds without notice, and we can make mistakes. Always confirm details on the official page before you rely on them, apply, buy or make a financial decision. Expired offers are removed when we learn of them. If you find an error, use “Report a problem” in the app.

2. Third-party offers and sites

Discounts are provided by the brands that offer them, under their own terms, which can change at any time. Verification services (such as ID.me or SheerID) and brand or government sites are run by others. We are not responsible for their content, availability, decisions or products, and any purchase or application is between you and them.

3. Trademarks and logos

Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the brand that makes an offer. Their appearance does not mean the brand endorses or partners with Teacher Wallet. If you own a mark and want it changed or removed, email support@teacherwallet.app and we will respond promptly.

4. Subscriptions

5. Your use of the app

Teacher Wallet is made for adult educators. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app and make purchases only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Don’t copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the app’s content or data, reverse engineer the app, or misuse offers (for example, claiming a teacher discount you are not eligible for).

6. Your content

Expenses, notes and receipt photos you add belong to you and stay on your device unless you export or share them. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own tax records.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEACHER WALLET AND ITS DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST SAVINGS, LOST BENEFITS, DENIED APPLICATIONS, MISSED DEADLINES, TAX PENALTIES OR LOAN OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the app or your violation of these terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the app, these terms or the content at any time. If we make material changes to these terms we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access for misuse.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and Teacher Wallet, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
